 80 g fillet, pan fried in olive oil & a dash of balsamic vinegar, seasoned with black pepper
 a large crisp green salad using a variety of salad ingredients as desired e.g. lettuce, basil leaves, rosa tomatoes, cucumber & peppers
 1 tsp (5 ml) olive oil for pan frying the fillet

Pan fry the fillet in olive oil and a splash of balsamic vinegar until cooked to desired doneness, seasoned with black pepper. Serve alongside a large crisp green salad with an assortment of fresh ingredients like lettuce, basil leaves, rosa tomatoes, cucumber and peppers.
