Grilled hake with marjoram & lime

 1 medium fillet hake (140g), rubbed with 5 ml marjoram, grilled in olive oil and fresh lime juice
 gem squash filled with peas, seasoned with black pepper & steamed baby carrots
 1 tsp (5ml) olive oil for cooking the hake

Rub the hake fillet with marjoram, then grill in olive oil and lime juice. Serve with a side of gem squash filled with peas and steamed baby carrots, seasoned with black pepper.
