
1 tin tuna, canned, drained & rinsed (100 g)
1 small jacket potato (90 g), boiled or baked
a large mixed colourful salad: butter lettuce, red, green & yellow peppers, tomatoes, cucumber & asparagus
1 tbsp (15 ml) lite mayonnaise with 2 tsp sweet chilli sauce
black pepper & lemon juice

Combine drained tuna with lite mayonnaise and sweet chilli sauce, season with black pepper and lemon juice to taste. Serve the tuna mixture on top of a boiled or baked small jacket potato, alongside a large colorful salad composed of butter lettuce, mixed bell peppers, tomatoes, cucumber, and asparagus.
