 1 thin slice rye bread, toasted if desired
 sliced onion & lettuce to top the salmon & avo
 ¼ small avo (30 g)
 Black pepper if desired. Lemon wedge.

Place the smoked salmon, avocado, and sliced onion on the rye bread, season with black pepper to taste, and serve with lemon wedges and an optional side of green salad.
