1 egg or 1 tbsp soaked chia seeds
1 cup oats (rolled/ instant)
1 cup milk
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
½ tsp vanilla essence

Spray a muffin tin with Spray and Cook and preheat the oven to 200°C

Place all the ingredients in your blender and blend until the batter is smooth (approximately 3 minutes, add extra milk if too thick).

Fill the muffin tins up ¾.

Bake for 30 minutes or until baked through, cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
